To prepare this sauce, you need to add one or three cups of virgin olive oil, one large chopped yellow onion, and six pressed cloves of garlic in a pot. Then stir until the process is soft. After doing this, slice six tomatoes and mix them with 15-ounce cans of diced tomatoes. In an uncovered port, boil them for about 15 minutes while stirring periodically.
Add a cup of red wine next and half a teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Blend all contents properly until smooth enough. You should then add mushrooms and a cup of chopped basil. Boil all the contents together in low heat.
Ragù Alla Bolognese:
This is one of the best Italian pasta sauces. Alberto Alvisi invented it in the last 18th century. Bolognese means a bowl of comfort. Weirdly, spaghetti bolognese is famous outside Italy. However, it is hardly found within Italy. The pasta is served with gnocchi or larger. The Bolognese theme comes with several variants. Sugo di Carne:
